Patient Experience Tracker Project
Patient Experience Trackers (PETs) are electronic hand-held units used to carry out patient surveys on a visit-by-visit basis. They will enable us to obtain patient feedback and get real-time data to help us improve the services we provide.
The system provides a simple, practical and robust way of rapidly and frequently capturing and analysing results from large numbers of users, without the need for paper-based questionnaires and analytical resources.
