Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2000 gives members of the public a right to request access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities, promoting a culture of openness and accountability across the public sector.
Under the FOI Act 2000, Lewisham PCT are obliged to provide details of our routinely available information. We publish the information in accordance with the model publication scheme as defined by the Information Commissioners Office.
The NHS South East FOI Manager works within the Corporate Affairs Directorate and is based at Lower Marsh, Waterloo. The team covers FOI requests for Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.
